If you are looking for the ultimate fall cocktail, this is it! I combine local apple cider from Taves Family Farm with my fall spirit of choice: whiskey. I use Spicebox Whiskey from Quebec, since it has notes of vanilla and spices. Toss in some ice cubes and garnish with a cinnamon stick and you have fall in a glass!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Spicebox whiskey (or the whiskey of your choice)
- 4 oz. Taves Family Apple Cider (or the apple cider of your choice)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Directions:
Place the ice cubes in your serving glass. Add the whiskey and apple cider on top of the ice. Stir for 20 seconds using the cinnamon stick.
