Please note: there are no returns or refunds on digital products.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for physical products only.
  • To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Buyers are responsible for covering return postage costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches me safely.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
