White Chocolate is a fun take on classic hot chocolate. This sweet version is mellow in flavour, but does the trick to warm you up during the wintertime!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups milk, 2%
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Marshmallows, for garnish (optional)
- Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Add the milk and cream to a small pot and heat the contents slowly over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.
Serve warm topped with whipped cream and marshmallows as a garnish.
