This easy 5-minute Strawberry, Basil & Burrata Tartine is a great recipe to enjoy during strawberry season. Toasted bread is topped with creamy burrata cheese, sweet strawberries, and savoury basil. The addition of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a few pistachios add lots of flavour and texture.
