Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F.
Toss the grapes in the olive oil, salt and black pepper so that they are fully coated.
Slice the baguette and brush both sides of each crostini with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt.
Place the grapes and the crostini on the grill. Cook the grapes for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the grapes have softened, lightened in colour, and get light grill marks. Cook the crostini for 1-2 minutes per side until it is lightly toasted and is golden brown.
Remove the grapes and crostini from the grill and set aside.
To assemble the crostini, spread 1 tablespoon of goat cheese over a slice of toasted crostini. Remove the grapes from the stems and add 4-6 grapes on top of the goat cheese (depending on the size of the grapes). Repeat for all the crostini.
Drizzle ½ teaspoon of honey over each crostini and top with a sprinkle of thyme leaves.
Serve warm with a glass of Singletree Siggy Siegerrebe and enjoy!
