Italian Fig Salad

Figs are known as the Fruit of the Gods…and this salad is no exception! Fresh figs are combined with fresh mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto, and are topped off with silky olive oil. Just a few simple summer ingredients can make this salad truly heavenly!

- 8-12 fresh figs quartered
- 1 large fresh mozzarella ball about 1 cup total, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 4-6 slices prosciutto torn into bite-sized pieces
- 4-6 basil leaves sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Arrange the fresh figs, mozzarella pieces, prosciutto and basil leaves on a large platter. Drizzle the top with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
