Everyone seems to lead such busy lives nowadays. We make a concerted effort to balance work, family time, gym schedules, classes, friends, kids…ah, just thinking about it exhausts me. When it all gets to be too much, we often take shortcuts with our meals. We whip out those take out menus in a flash, dine out, or may not even eat all together. No matter how busy you are, there are always some shortcuts that you can take in the kitchen to ensure that you are eating well and that your meals are full of flavour. Seasoning blends offer a great shortcut to flavouring your meals in a flash and can be made with herbs and spices that you likely have in your kitchen already. No matter how crazy life gets- never let your meal be compromised.
